Firstly, From the original introduction materials of the US Department of Agriculture, breeded lines with high yield, no purple spots and no split pods, were contained,PI518288 (Pai Mei Tou), PI548480 (Palmetto), PI548436 (Acadian), PI265497 (Acadian), PI51824 (Ai Chia Tou), PI518285 (Hei Pai Mei). The selection of autumn crop soybean varieties can be higher than KSS10, which were at least 5.97 cm in plant height. Among the 100-seed weight, KSS10 was 17.1 grams and heavy, but autumn soybean varieties were light and range from 14.33 to 15.59 grams. Finally, on terms of hectare yield performance, autumn soybean varieties were the higher KSS10 ,which were increased by more than 55%, and the maximum increase were 755 kg. At the same time, we introduced 48 strains of Taiwan germplasm which were obtained from the USDA. These germplasm will be used to test and evaluate in the future. |
