本紅豆雜交育種目的在選育豐產、質優、籽粒大、色澤佳、適合加工、結莢位高、 適合機械收穫之優良新品種,以供農民秋作栽培。本年度 (1) 104 年秋作進行10 個組合雜交共獲得1092 粒F1 種子,並於105 年春作培育其F1 世代。(2) 104 年秋作計培育F2 世代10個組合及F4 世代10 個組合,105 年春作計培育F3 世代10 個組合。(3) 株行試驗,104 年秋作於F5 世代2,078 個品系中選出100 個優良品系。(4) 第一年品系試驗計有100 品系參試,104 年秋作在公頃籽粒產量方面,以A 組之KA100-02-147 品系之2,904 公斤表現最佳,較高雄10 號之1,611 公斤增產80.3%。在百粒重方面, 以A 組之KA100-02-120 品系之25.3公克表現最佳,較高雄10 號22.0 公克增加3.3 公克。綜合評估選拔KA99-02-99 等32 個品系供104 年秋作進行第二年品系試驗之材料。第二年品系試驗,在公頃籽粒產量以A 組之KA99-05-114 品系與KA99-04-12 品系同為3,780 公斤表現最佳,皆較高雄10 號之3,191公斤增產18.5%。B 組以KA99-08-262 品系之3,834 公斤表現最佳,較高雄10 號之2,592公斤增產47.9%。(5)新品系地方試驗,公頃籽粒產量以KA97-06-88 表現最佳,為3,489 公斤,較對照高雄10 號之2,948 公斤增產18.4%。
The purpose of adzuki bean cross breeding is to develop new cultivars with high yield, good quality, large seed, bright red seed for process and high pod site for mechanical harvest that were suitable for the cultivation in the south of Taiwan.The experimental result was summarized as follow: 1) A total of 1092 F1 hybrid seeds were obtained from 10 cross combinations in the fall crop season of 2015, and were propagated F1 generation in the spring crop season of 2016. 2) In the propagation and selection trials, bulk method was applied to propagating F2-F4 segregative generations in the fall crop season of 2015 and the spring crop of 2016, respectively. A total of 1,627 superior single palnts in F4 generation were selected in the fall crop season of 2015. 3) In the plant-to-row trial, there were 100 fixed lines in F5 generation were selected depend on their performance in the fall crop season of 2015. 4) In the first-year lines trial, KA100-02-147 line of A group had the highest seed yield among 102 tested lines in the fall crop season of 2015, which was 80.3% higher than check variety, Kaohsiung10. KA100-02-120 line of A group had the higher 100-seed weight among 102 tested lines in the fall crop season of 2015, which was 3.3g higher than check variety, Kaohsiung 10. In the second-year lines trial, KA99-05-114 line and KA99-04-12 line of A group had the same highest seed yield among 18 tested line in the fall crop season of 2015, which was 18.5% higher than check variety, Kaohsiung 10. KA99-08-262 line of B group had the highest seed yield among 18 tested lines in the fall crop season of 2015, which was 47.9% higher than check variety, Kaohsiung 10. 5) In the second-year lines regional trails, 10 tested lines were conducted during the fall crop season of 2015 At 3 locations of Kao-Ping , KA97-06-88 line had the higher seed yield among 10 tested lines, which were 18.4% higher than check variety, Kaohsiung10.
