本研究自本實驗室自行分離及鑑定的產孢微生物Bacillus sp. (6 菌株)、Streptomyces (1菌株)、Micrococcus sp. (1菌株)、Meyeronzyma (1菌株) 、Pichia sp. (3菌株)以及Rhodotorula (1菌株),以及非產孢微生物 Azospirilum sp (2菌株)、Rhizobium sp. (2菌株)、Bradyrhizobium sp. (1菌株)、 Sinorhizobium sp. (1菌株);Lactobacillus sp. (3菌株);Pseudomonas sp. (1菌株)。產孢微生物 各菌株與 BN 擔體混合、 非產孢微生物 各菌株與 M+A+B 擔 體 混合分別製成的微生物菌劑 ,利用數種栽培介質 進行美濃瓜 Cuc umis melo L. 穴盤苗 植物生長試驗,結果顯示未接種的植株地上部乾重以 Tref 及 T ref+ 蛭石介質 較佳;施用複合菌株的處理,產孢菌以 CC YHH053 、 CC YHH069 、 CC 88176 的菌劑的促進效果最佳, 分別可提高地上部生質量 1 53% 、 161 和 154 %(Tref 介質中 。非產孢微生物 CC RB301 、 CC NO19 1 、 CC NO20 1 均可顯著提高植 株地上部乾重(分別為 53.9% 、 55.3% 和 41.1 在 KING 介質中 。 選擇較具促進作物生長效果之菌株進行微生物商品化最低標準進試驗的評估。結果顯示產孢微生物CC-YHH069、CC-YHH053菌株以M1-1修正配方具較佳保存效果,而非產孢微生物CC-RB300則以M+A+B擔體具較佳保存能力,CC-NO20-1則以B擔體的活菌保存能力較佳。其菌數均可於6個月內維持在Log CFU 7(含)以上。本研究成果可提高微生物肥料製劑商品化的應用價值。
The spore forming microorganisms Bacillus (n=6), Streptomyces (n=1), Micrococcus(n=1), Meyeronzyma (n=1), Pichia (n=3)and Rhodotorula (n=1) ; and non-spore forming bacteria root nodulating bacteria (n= 5), Azospirillum (n= 2), Pseudomonas (n=1) and Lactobacillus (n= 3), isolated from various sources, were tested for the development of carrier-based inocula for the cultivation of plug seedling of musk melon ( Cucumis melo L.L.). The carriers BN and M+A+B were used as carriers for preparation of the inocula with spore forming and non spore forming strains, respectively. The results evidenced that crop without inoculation showed dry shoot biomass was obtaine d in Tref and Tref+vermiculite; and CC-YHH053, CC-YHH069 and CC-88176 among spore forming strains significantly improved the shoot biomass by 153, 161 and 154%, respectively (in Tref medium). And CC-RB301 、 CC-NO19-1 、 CC-NO20-1among non-spore forming strains also improved the shoot biomass by 53.9, 55.3 and 41.1%, respectively(in KING medium). The potential plant growth promoting strains were selected to develop biofertilizer products with commercially available storability in line with regulations and stand ardsards. During 6-month storage, the 107 CFU g-1 cells were achieved by growing and sporulation of spore forming strains CC-YHH069 and CC-YHH053 in modified medium M1-1 and mixed with carrier BN; and also by mixing the cells of non-spore forming strains CC-RB300 and CC-NO20-1 with carriers M+A+B and B, respectively. This results may improve the application of innovative biofertilizer in agriculture.
