隨機調查71件農場與加工產品中病原菌之情形。樣品包括農場生鮮蔬菜與超市生鮮蔬菜，超市加工產品，連鎖速食店與超商。有 23 件 (31.9%)大腸桿菌群量大於 103 MPN g-1，11 件(15.2%)大腸桿菌量大於 10 MPN g-1。沙門氏桿菌抽檢 18 件，均為陰性。罐裝醃漬品皆無大腸桿菌群，大腸桿菌，沙門氏桿菌之檢出。有 1 件盒裝醃漬品有大腸桿菌檢出。
Total 71 samples of fresh vegetables and commercial processed products randomly selected from farms and markets were analyzed. The results showed that 23 samples contaminated with coliform, and the concentrations were larger than 1000 MPN g-1, 11 samples contaminated with E. coli and the concentrations were larger than 10 MPN g-1. No Salmonella spp. were detected. Coliform, E. coli, and Salmonella spp. were also not detected in canned products. Coliform was detected in one kimchi products packed in plastic box.
