糯性高粱育種研究

Abstract

從美國農部植物研究所引進150 個高粱品種，並於臺中區農業改良場試驗田進行觀察試驗。自交系分離試驗，成功利用糯性高粱為親本，以套袋進行自交系分離之育種試驗，已於103 年度第一期作80 個高粱自交系S1 及第二期作30 個高粱自交系S2 之農藝性狀資料，S1 品系單穗粒重分布範圍為4.24–60.54 公克，S2 單穗粒重範圍為16.1 公克–233.7 公克，作物性狀仍處於自交分離狀態，將持續選拔優良自交系以供後續育種用。 The 150 sorghum germplasm were introduced from USDA Plant Researcher and planted in the experimental field of TDARES. On inbred lines developing, 80 sorghum S1 lines and 30 S2 lines were selected from waxy sorghum ,The panicle weight of S1 lines is from 4.24~60.54 gram, and the panicle weight of S2 lines is from 16.1~233.7 gram. The phenotype is separated on inbred lines. The data collected of those inbred lines will be offered for references.
