Abstract: 
因應氣候變遷進行耐逆境種源收集評估及選育能適應惡劣環境及需肥性低且抗病蟲害的大豆新品種。並建立高密度、低投施之省工栽培技術,降低大豆生產成本,以穩定農民收益。本年度主要試驗結果摘要如下:(1)進行耐冷大豆人工雜交組合3 組,共獲得71 粒F1 種子。(2)耐冷性試驗有A004 等30 個品種系表現較佳。(3)進行黑豆省工栽培試驗,成本分析結果每公頃成本降低12%。
In order to overcome the impact of climate change, collection of stress tolerant germplasms and breeding of stress-tolerant cultivars became important issues. Moreover, to establish a high density and low-input cultivation system is useful to reduce the production cost and to stabilize the income of farmers. The results in 2012 are summarized as follows:(1) For soybean breeding we made 3 hybrid combinations with chilling tolerance and obtained 71 F1 seeds. (2) In the chilling tolerance test, 30 lines including A004 were found with good qualities. (3) The soybean production cost analysis showed that the cost of improved technique method was 12% less than the conventional method.
