Abstract

97年於本場、金峰及海端的小米區域試驗春作結果以TTS-8505品系小米籽粒產量2,780~3,219公頃/公斤表現最佳，比對照品系TT7增加約13.84~28371%；秋作以TTS-8508品系小米籽粒產量3,357公頃/公斤表現最佳，比對照品系TT7增加約44.88%。 97年小米新品系高級試驗春作以TTS-8322品系小米籽粒產量3,413公頃／公斤表現最佳，其次依序為TTS-8301品系(3,382公頃／公斤)，分別比對照品系TT7的小米籽粒產量增加42.33%、41.03%；秋作小米籽粒產量以TTS-8301品系(4,140公斤公頃/公斤)表現最佳，比對照品系TT7產量增加近88%。 Results of the breeding program were summarized as following: The accession with the highest yield of the regional yield trial was TTS-8508, whose average grain yield among all 3 experimental field was 2,780 ~3,219 kg/ha in spring crop of 2008 at Taitung city, Haiduan county and Chinfong county, which was 13.84~28.71 % higher than TT7 (control). The single plant grain weight was 11.18~22.65 g. The accession with the second highest yield was TTS-8509, with the grain yield 2,829 ~2,888 kg/ha, which was 13.63~24.42 % higher than TT7 (control). The single plant grain weight of TTS-8509 was 11.58~18.22g. The accession with the highest yield of the regional yield trial was TTS-8508, with average grain yield 3,357 kg/ha in autumn crop of 2008 at Taitung city, which was 44.88 % higher than TT7 (control). The single plant grain weight of TTS-8508 was 12.66 g. The accession with the second highest yield was TTS-8509, with the grain yield 2,889 kg/ha, which was 24.68 % higher than TT7 (control). The single plant grain weight of TTS-8509 was 12.66 g. The advance yield trial in 2008 spring crop showed that the average grain yield of accessions TTS-8322 (3,413 kg/ha)and TTS-8301 (3,382kg/ha) were with the top two grain yield, which were respectively 42.33% and 41.03% than control. The single panicle selection trial in spring crop showed that TTS-8806 from the combination of the TS2xTTY-511 had the highest single plant grain weight, 20.39g, with the panicle length 26.0 cm; another combination line from TS7×TTY-511, TTS-8801, which had the second highest single plant grain weight, 19.95 g, with the panicle length 27.50 cm. The single panicle selection trial in autumn crop showed that TTS-8801 and TTS-8807 from the combination of the TS2xTTY-511 were the 2 accessions with the highest single plant grain weight, which were 18.06 g and 17.63 g, with the panicle length 21.0 cm and 27.0 cm, respectively.
