99 年完成大豆臺南8 號(黑珍)及臺南9 號 (黑寶) 之品種權登記及技術移轉。進行人工雜交組合6 組,共獲得154 粒F1 種子,並培育F2 至F6 世代。第一年品系試驗, 毛豆有33 個品系,黑豆有18 個品系,大豆有19 個品系晉級;品系試驗第二年,毛豆有11 個品系。區域試驗茶豆以TS92-63Br,黑豆以TS95-10B 及TS95-18B,大豆以TS97-41S 整體表現較佳。
Soybean Tainan No. 8 and Tainan No. 9 were authorized to farmers’ association in 2010. 154 hybrid seeds were obtained from cross combination in 2010. In the propagation and selection trials, bulk method was applied to propagate F2 ~ F6 segregation generations. In the first year line trial, 33 superior lines of vegetable soybean, 18 superior lines of black soybean and 19 superior lines of soybean were selected. In the second year line trial, 11 superior lines of vegetable soybean were selected. In the regional yield trial, aromatic vegetable soybean TS92-63Br, black soybean TS95-10B and TS95-18B, soybean TS97-41S were better performance than other tested lines.
