Abstract: 
1.超甜玉米:95 年春作完成春蜜140 個S3 世代之分離、夏蜜98 個S3 世代之分離、雙魚品種54 個S2 世代之分離、泰國TN103 品種81 個S2 世代之分離、彩珍分離至S1世代計有120 個。95 年秋作完成春蜜127 個S4 世代之分離、夏蜜98 個S4 世代之分離、雙魚品種56 個S3 世代之分離、泰國TN103 品種106 個S3 世代之分離、彩珍分離至S2 世代計有237 個。13 個品種分離至S5 世代之自交系計已完成果皮厚度之檢測,其中果皮厚度小於50um 的自交系有575 個,本年度完成種子繁殖工作。完成120 個測交種組合力檢定,其中有5 個組合果皮較薄且鮮穗產量表現也較佳。秋作材料正在進行人工套袋及授粉工作。
2.黑紫糯性玉米:完成春作三個地點之區域試驗,新品系以TAPH90-06 之產量表現較高。提供黑糯台農5 號F1 種子給農民推廣試種10 公頃,農民對此品種食用品質反應極好,已完成品種轉移專屬授權審查。
3.食用普通白玉米:完成三個地點之區域試驗,新品系以TAWH92-15 之產量表現較高。
4.白糯玉米:春作完成WXPOP12 族群116 個 S3 世代及WXPOP13 族群46 個 S3 世代自交系之自交分離;泰國TN177 品種 S1 世代之培育。秋作將完成WXPOP12 族群149 個 S4 世代及WXPOP13 族群47 個 S4 世代自交系之自交分離;泰國TN177 品種 40 個S2 世代之培育。
1). Supersweet corn:Select for plant and ear type was conducted to evaluate lines from fourteen varieties of supersweet corn, and the selected lines were 1103(S5) family lines. 514 inbred lines has thinner pericarp tenderness, and 360 F1 combinations were products.
2). Purple waxy corn: 2 new F1 hybrids were selected in new varieties test for better quality, and were conducted to evaluated the yield in the regional trial. TAPH89-05 hybrids were selected for higher ear yield, uniform ear type, and better pericarp tenderness in purple waxy corn, and released at Nov. 11, 2005.
3). White waxy corn:Select for plant and ear type was conducted to evaluate lines from twelve germplasm of white waxy corn, and the selected lines were 392 S5 inbred lines. 85 S5 inbred lines has thinner pericarp thickness in the 392 S5 inbred lines. .
4). TNW green corn:80 testcrosses had producted from thin pericarp in TNW corn, and the 19 F1 has better quality .
