Keywords: | 食用玉米;族群改良;結合力檢定;單交品系;糯玉米;組合力檢定;甜玉米;白玉米;飼料玉米;table use corn;population improvement;combining ability test;Single corss hybrid;waxy corn;combining ability test;sweet corn;white corn;feed corn | Issue Date: | Sep-2009 | Publisher: | 農業試驗所 | Journal Issue: | 96 | Start page/Pages: | 139-172 | Source: | 雜糧作物試驗研究年報 | Abstract: | 甜玉米:春作自交系共分離育成S1-S6 等780 品系,秋作育成490 品系供作育種材料。新品系組合結合力檢定;春作結果,以PSC961122 的含苞葉鮮穗產量22,600 公斤/公頃,較華珍(CK1)之14,200 公斤/公頃高59.36%,較金蜜(CK2)的10,800 公斤/公頃高109.1%。秋作以PSC951043 的含苞葉鮮穗量24,300 公斤/公頃,較華珍(CK1)之16,300 公斤增加49.2%,較金蜜(CK2)之13,600 公斤增加79.1%。甜玉米新品系比較試驗;春作調查結果,以PSC941049之含苞葉鮮穗產量19,400 公斤/公頃,較華珍(CK1)的16,200 公斤/公頃增加20.3%,亦較金蜜(CK2)的11,300 公斤/公頃增加72.7%。秋作試驗調查結,含苞葉鮮穗產量以PSC952052之23,100 公斤/公頃較華珍之12,300 公斤,增加88.2%,亦較金蜜(CK2)之17,400 公斤,增加32.5%。區域試驗調查結果,含苞葉鮮穗平均產量在春作以PSC932018 之17,500 公斤/公頃最高,較華珍(CK1)的16,700 公斤增加5.0%,亦較金蜜(CK2)的11,500 公斤增加63.8%。秋作以PSC941044 之含苞葉鮮穗產量17,800 公斤/公頃,較華珍(CK1)之15,500 公斤增加15.3%,較金蜜(CK2)之10,800 公斤增加82.3%。 白玉米:育成329 個S2-S6 自交系。雜交組合結合力試驗結果以PWH96(S)-09 之鮮穗產量12,900 公斤/公頃,較對照種台南22 號(CK1)之10,700 公斤及台南白(CK2)之9,800 公斤增產20─31%,官能品評結果以PWH96(S)-20 及PWH96(S)-35 表現較兩對照種優異。秋作試作結果PWH96(F)-26 之鮮穗產量15,800 公斤/公頃,較對照種台南22 號(CK1)之11,900 公斤及台南白(CK2)之11,800 公斤增產32-33%。官能品評結果以PWH96(F)-12 及PWH96(F)-23表現較兩對種優異。新品系區域試驗PWH94-18 及PWH94-35 在朴子及善化試區的含苞葉鮮穗平均產量9,400-12,000 公斤/公頃,較台南22 號(CK1)之8,600 公斤增產11-41%,較台南白(CK2)之8,100 公斤增產10-56%。官能品評結果PWH94-18 表現較台南白(CK2)優異。秋作試驗結果PWH94-18 之含苞葉鮮穗產量12,000 公斤/公頃,較對照種台南22 號(CK1)之13,300公斤及台南白(CK2)之12,700 公斤減產6-11%。PWH94-35 鮮穗產量13,700 公斤/公頃,較對種台南22 號(CK1)及台南白(CK2)增產2-7%。官能品評結果PWH94-18 及PWH94-35 表現較台南白(CK2)優異。 糯玉米:自菲律賓引進白糯地方品種觀察農藝性狀,並自交分離篩選,抗露菌病檢定有17 品系具有抗性。新品系組合力檢定試驗以PWX96SB-8 品系的含苞葉鮮穗產量14,200 公斤/公頃為最高。新品系比較試驗以PWX96SA-3 品系的含苞葉鮮穗產量11,100 公斤/公頃比對照種美珍增加19%。新品系區域試驗;在朴子試區PWX95-3 品系的含苞葉鮮穗產量12,900 公斤/公頃比美珍減少1%,但學甲試區PWX93-5 品系的產量12,400 公斤/公頃,則比美珍增加17%。秋作秋作區域試驗朴子試區PWX95-3 的含苞葉鮮穗產量13,400 公頃,比美珍增加4%,PWX95-7 的產量與美珍相同。 飼料玉米:自菲律賓及印尼引進混交品種,進行分離篩選,春作露1 病檢定獲Tai 312等18 品系具抗性,利用花期相近的自交系育成50 個雜交組合,組合力檢定試驗以96SB-5品系的籽實產量9,400 公斤/公頃最高。新品系比較試驗以96SA-1 品系的6,900 公斤/公頃最高,比對照種台南20 號及台農1 號分別增加24%及96%。秋作組合力檢定試驗以96FB-17品系的籽實產量9,700 公斤/公頃最高。新品系比較試驗以96FA-8 的籽實產量8,900 公斤/公頃比台南20 號增加8%。區域試驗水林試區以PGH96-5 品系的籽實產量9,290 公斤/公頃最高,朴子及學甲試區則以PGH96-1 的產量最高,均比對照種台南20 號優異,但抗病性卻以PGH96-2 較佳。 1. Sweet corn: Different sweet corn varieties were introduced form other countries, and these germplasms were used to isolate inbreds. A total of 780 and 490 sweet corn inbreds were developed in spring crop and autumn crop. 135 and 90 hybrids were test in yield trail, and 14 hybrids showed higher yield than the check. 2. White corn: A total of 329S1─S6 lines were obtained. In the regional yield test held in spring crop and Fall crop. 2007. The hybrid “PWH94-18 and PWH94-35 performed the better in ear production than the Tainan No. 22(CK1) by 11 to 41% and Tainan white(CK2) by 10 to 56%. In sensory evaluation for eating quality, the hybrid PWH94-18 got the higher scores than the Tainan white (CK2). 3. Waxy corn: 1 OPV was introduced from Philippines and 250 S6─S8 inbreds were obtained. In the yield test held in spring crop 2007, PWX96SA-3 performed the best in ear production 11,000 kg/ha and out-yielded than Meizein (CK) by 19%. 4. Feed corn: 2 varieties were introduced from Philippines and Indonesia, In the yield test held in spring crop 2007. 96SA-1 performed the best in grain yield 6,900 kg/ha and out yielded than Tainan 20 (CK) by 24%. |
