The results of 2004 were summaried as follows :, 120 superior clones were selected from 15,000 seedlings. One clone for leafy use and 18 clones for tuber use were selected in the observation trial. In the first-year trial, three clones were higher yield than two checks, Taoyuan No. 1 and Tainung No. 66. In the second-year yield trial, 2 clones at Dayuan site and 3 clones at Taoyuan DARES were higher yield than the checks . In the leafy sweet potato yield trial, All testing clones were lower yield than the checks. |
