In recent years, global warming due to the changing climate not only excerbates the damage of bacterial diseases but also threatens the production of rice which can not be ignored in the future. In order to develop strategies for the control of bacterial diseases on rice, to understand the ecology and epidemiology of plant pathogenic bacteria is important. Therefore, development of techniques for detecting pathogenic bacteria is the first step for ecological and epidemiological studies on bacterial diseases. |
