Keywords: | 甘藷;品種;選育;sweet potato;variety;selection | Issue Date: | Oct-2006 | Publisher: | 農業試驗所 | Journal Issue: | 93 | Start page/Pages: | 1-7 | Source: | 雜糧作物試驗研究年報 | Abstract: | 食用甘藷品種選育以篩選質優高產之食用甘藉塊根及葉用甘藷為目標。實生品系培育:利用農試所嘉義分所提供多向雜交甘藷種子培育實生苗15,000苗進行優良品系篩選120個,其中3個葉菜用品系、 72個紅心品系、40個黃肉品系,5個紫心品系供作翌年甘藷初級品系試臉材料。甘藷新品系初級品系試臉:選拔出3個葉用甘藷品系、8個紅心甘藷品系、6個黃心甘藷品系及4個紫心品系,共計 21個品系。甘藷新品系試臉第一年組於大園鄉辦理,夏作試驗結果,計有7個品系比對照種桃園1號及台農66號產量分別增產0.2~32.0%及6.0~20.8%,秋作於本場辦理,試驗結果,計有8個品系比對照種桃園1號及台農66號分別增產1.5~29.9%及0.2~36.8。第二年組夏作於大園鄉辦理,秋作於關西鎮辦理,夏作試驗結果,計有2個品系比對照種桃園1號分別增產2.1~10.8%,計有5個品系比對照種台農66號分別增產5.0~33.7%,秋作計有2個品系比對照種桃園1號分別增產1.2~8.7%,計有3個品系比對照種台農66號分別增產0.8~37.7%。葉菜甘藷試驗結果,參試3個品系先端芽梢產量均低於對照種桃園2號。 The purpose of the project is to develop new sweet potato varieties with high yield and good quality for tuber and leafy use. 120 superior clones among 15,000 seedling were selected in preliminary yield trial. Among 120 clones, there are 3 leafy use, 72 red flesh root, 40 yellow fresh root and 5 purple flesh root sweet potato clones. In the first-year yield trial, 7 clones were higher yield than the checks, Taoyuan No. l and 66 in the summer crop. In the second-year yield trial, 2 clones were higher yield than the check in the summer and fall crop respectively. In the yield trial for leafy use, All 3 clones were lower yield than the checks. |
