Abstract
本文簡述臺灣在人口的壓力下，以有限的耕地生產所需之蔬菜，必須克服集約農業制度所造成之諸多問題，而十字花科蔬菜上小菜蛾(Plutella xylostella L.)對藥劑產生抗藥性，就是一個實例。
Due to the tremendous demand for the vegetable to be producted in limited agricultural land of Taiwan, pesticides not only contribute high yield of vegetables, but also create high resistance in pests. Diamondback moth (DBM, Plutella xylostella) on crucifers is a very typical example.
