Abstract: | 內生菌根菌與大豆具有良好的親和性,當大豆根部被內生菌根菌感染後,侵入菌絲延皮層細胞形成叢枝狀菌體(Arbuscules)及囊狀菌體(Vesicles),在根部外圍產生很多菌絲體,而表現內生菌根之功能。 由於內生菌根之形成促進大豆植株對土壤中礦物元素之吸收,增進植株生長。田間接種內生菌根菌Glomus clarum能增進植株生長並提高單面積產量,尤其在低磷肥土壤。 Soybean plant is a good host for VAM fungus, Glomus clarum. After soybean plant was infected by VAM fungus, structures of vesicle and arbuscule formed in cortex of roots. The external hyphae of VAM fungus expanded outside roots and distributed in rhizosphere. These hyphae mediated the transfer of mineral nutrients especially phosphate from the soil to the host plant. |
