Abstract: | 在高低海拔桃雜交育種中，以低海拔桃品種為母本時，自授粉第50天起(PF1=33)即可將胚置於MS培養基中培養成苗，PF1愈高，長成小植株所需的時間愈短，幼苗也越健康。 |
