Abstract: | 四個葡萄品種的節間、卷鬚、葉柄、葉脈、小花序、及莖頂用不同的培養基及荷爾蒙組合，探討癒合組織誘導之能力，其中以"金香"品種的莖頂在Nitsch(1967)基本培養基及0.1mg/l 2,4-D, 0.1mg/l Kinetin生長的癒合組織最佳，所有培植體長出之癒合組織無論在黑暗或光照下培養均容易褐化。 |
