Abstract: | 為探討水稻品種間胚殘存率之差異性及其影響因素，提供篩選胚芽米專用品種之依據及調製胚芽米時之參考，將本分所自民國75年第二期作至76年第二期作之調查結果列述如下： 1.胚殘存率在水稻品種間有極大之差異存在，其變異範圍，76年第一期作自21%至95.6%，其中以介於60.1~80%者最多有31品種，佔供試品種數之44.9%，而75年第二期作自6.2%至83.6%，以介於30.1%~50%者最多有44品種，佔供試品種數的51.2%。 The difference of embryo residual rate (ERR) among varieties and the factors affecting the processing of milled rice with embryo were studied for screening varieties with high ERR. |
