野生稻Oryza officinalis具有改良栽培到(O. sativa)之產量、抗病蟲害及多種環境逆境的潛力,為擴大栽培稻遺傳變異的重要基因庫。以1,492個SSR標誌分析稉稻臺農67號及O. officinalis (IRCC. Acc. 100896),共獲得1,145個(76.7%)多型性標誌。
Wide rice, Oryza sativa related species is the important genetic source to improve cultivated rice in diseased and insect resistance. To characterize the introgressed alien chromosome segments of introgression lines (ILs), 1,492 SSR primers were screened and 76.7% (1,145) SSR markers showed polymorphic between TNG67 and O. officinalis (IRGC. Acc. 100896).
