Abstract
水稻基因功能評估平臺已建立一轉殖效率約15%的TNG67轉殖流程，亦完成S35、玉米Ubi1-1、GluC及GluB5啓動子驅動螢光基因(AcGFP及ZsGFP)等表現系統的構築，經轉形至Agrobacterium tumefaciens EHA105後，即以農桿菌媒介轉形法，將螢光基因導入TNG67水稻。
A TNG67 transgenic procedure with effciency of 15% has been establish in this study. At the same time, the expression systems for the green fluorescent genes, AcGFP and ZsGFP, under the control of 35S, maize Ubi-1 or endosperm specific promoters, GluB5 or GluC, also have been constructed and transformed to TNG67 successfully.
