Abstract
洋蔥蔥球之貯藏以低溫貯藏較適宜，溫度愈高，腐爛球率愈高，在5~15℃下，發芽球率亦較高，因此以0~2℃之溫度為最適宜作洋蔥蔥球之用。
The storage quality of onion bulbs is influenced by temperature, cultivar, bulb size, maturity and the conditions under which they are grown, and adequate curing in the field befor storage.
