Abstract
本省栽培洋菇均採用稻草為堆肥材料，而稻草亦為造紙材料之一，所以其經濟價值仍甚高，為了減低洋菇栽培成本，筆者曾利用糖廠廢料蔗渣髓，作栽培洋菇試驗。
The crushed pith of sugar cane, a waste product of sugar plant, when being mixed withe some organic matter and chemical nutritions, is a suitable material with economic value for cultivation of mushroom.
