Abstract: | 由Pseudoperonospora chbensis引起之瓜類露菌病可為害葫蘆科(Cucurbitaceae)之20屬40種之瓜類作物。根據收集以色列、日本及美國之病原菌菌株,接種在26種瓜類後,得到5個病原型(pathotype)。病原型1對胡瓜(Cucumis sativus)及網紋甜瓜(C. melo var. reticulatus)具強致病性。 The downy mildew of cucurbits, caused by Pseudoperonospora cubensis has a wide hosts range of more than 40 species of approximately 20 genera in the family Cucurbitaceae. The isoletes of P. cubensis collected from Israel, Japan and the United States inoculated on 26 cultivars of the family Cucurbitaceae revealed distinct physiological specialization among isolates. |
