台灣瓜類作物之病毒

Abstract

瓜類作物為本省重要蔬菜及鮮果來源，本省每年田間栽培瓜園常因受到病毒感染而造成嚴重危害。從近年來的研究，本省已鑑定的瓜類病毒有矮南瓜黃化嵌紋病毒(zucchini yellow mosaic virus, ZYMV)、木瓜輪點病毒-西瓜系統(type W isolate of papaya ringspot virus, PRV-W)、胡瓜嵌紋病毒(cucumber mosaic virus, CMV)、胡瓜綠斑嵌紋病毒(cucumber green mottle mosaic virus, CGMMV)、甜瓜脈綠嵌紋病毒(melon vein-banding mosaic virus, MVbMV)及番茄斑點萎凋病毒(tomato spotted wilt virus, TSMV，未來將改名為watermelon silver mottle virus, WSMV)等。 Cucurbits have become an important vegetable and fruits in Taiwan. At present, the major cultivars included cucumber, watermelon, melon, sponge gourd, bitter gourd, pumpkin, wax gourd, and bottle gourd. Virus disease have been considered to be one of the important factor affecting the cucurbit production.
