Abstract: 
為加速無毒種蒜之育成,早日解決大蒜毒素病之蔓延,由中央研究院植物研究所利用大蒜莖頂生長點培養法培育無毒素試管苗提供鳳山熱帶園藝試驗分所試行在隔離網室內加速培育無毒素之原原種球,並研究改進其培育技術,以供食用化生產之依據。
In order to produce virus-free garlic clones rapidly and solve the prevalent problems of garlic virus in Taiwan, this project was carried out under the cooperation of Institute of Botany, Academia Sinica and the Fengshan Tropical Horticultural Experiment Station.
