影響熱帶地區綠蘆筍生育、產量及品質之因子研究

Abstract

本文為探討熱帶地區生產綠蘆筍上之ㄧ些問題諸如(一)熱帶地區蘆筍品種特性及幼苗性狀。(二)植物生長素處理對蘆筍之影響。(三)除草劑處理對蘆筍嫩莖產量之影響。(四)引起蘆筍園缺株原因(五)影響綠蘆筍嫩莖品質之因子及建議綜合改進之方法，期能提高熱帶地區綠蘆筍品質，開創台灣綠蘆筍事業。 In order to produce high quality green asparagus in the tropical area and develop the green asparagus industry in Taiwan, some problems presently encountered are investigated and summarized as follows: 1. The characteristics of cultivars and seedlings grown in the tropical Taiwan. To meet the requirements of quality green asparagus, cultivar UC 711 is considered as the most promising among 10 cultivars investighted. The difference of stem hight among cultivars have already appeared at the stage of 80-day-old seedling.
