Abstract: | 近四十年來，台灣地區由於人口快速成長，人民生活水準提高，整個經濟結構及農業生產環境均發生重大改變，因而農業之經營型態也由過去生產糧食作物為主之粗放農業，走向生產多元化、高品質以及高經濟價值之精緻園藝。 Due to the rapid economical development and raised income, a clear trend of change in agricultural sectors can be observed in Taiwan. Instead of traditional staple food crops, increasing attention has given to horticultural crops with improved quality and high economical values. |
