PROCEEDINGS OF A SYMPOSIUM VEGETABLE BREEEDING
Abstract: 
農業試驗所在胡瓜、甜瓜、絲瓜、和扁蒲等瓜類蔬菜品種改良上,主要是從事抗病性檢定、抗病性轉移及抗病性遺傳等方面的研究。本文敘述近十年來有關胡瓜、甜瓜、絲瓜及扁蒲等作物之抗病毒病、白粉病、露菌病等病害之篩選、抗病品種選育及抗病性遺傳等試驗研究結果。
Screening and breeding for diseases resistance in cucurbits have been conducted at TARI for more than 10 years. Research focused in four important species, i.e. cucumber (Cucumis sativus.), muskmelon (Cucumis melo L.), sponge gourd (Luffa spp.) and bottle gourd (Lagenaria siceraria (Mol.) Standl.).
