Abstract: | 為延伸臺灣洋菇可栽培之期間及為解決臺農二號洋菇品種冬季遇強烈寒流菇體嚴重變小之缺點，自洋菇臺農二號品種進行單孢選種，獲得比傳統推廣品種稍耐高溫出菇，出菇快，週期間隔短，菇體結實而白，菇柄切口不易變紅，經適當栽培管理，冬季遇不正常低溫(13℃以下)亦不致嚴重變小之高產洋菇新品種，業經臺灣省政府聘請專家學者審查通過正式命名為"洋菇臺農三號"。 For extension of the cultivation period and solution of the disadvantage of the mushroom strain--Tainung no. 2 which produces very small mushrooms during very cold winter in Taiwan, selection of monosporous progeny from this mushroom strain was conducted. |
