目前已選獲耐熱且抗病性强之齒葉型新品系,此品系在本年度田間試區及北、中、南各蘿萄主要產地試作結果如下:在本分所夏作試驗部分,齒長之田間自然TuMV(蕪菁嵌紋毒素病)罹病率為23.9%,而對照品種大白杙及60日矸仔分別為49.5%及45.5%;秋冬作部分,齒長羅病率為2.5%~21.8%;而對照品種大梅花、矸仔、大白杙則為59.4%~100%;產量方面除夏作受天候影響產量稍低外,其單株平均根重 492.5~978公克較對照品種411~810公克為重,另在根型整齊性方面,本年度根型已較上年度整齊,接近選拔理想根型,顯示所獲之齒長品系,其抗病性、產量及品質皆較對照品種為優。另進行不纖布覆蓋試驗,以編號S1025及 S2016作為覆蓋材料,結果顯示覆蓋不織布者,蘿蔔根重只有56.5及72.7公克,而對照不覆蓋者,則為296.1公克,覆蓋不纖布明顯影響蘿萄生育,防雨效果不佳。
Heat tolerant with disease resistance pinnate leafy type breeding lines have been tested at major radish production areas and in Fengshan station. The results indicated that the incidence of TuMV in the field condition was 23.9% at Fengshan station in summer cropping, while the control varieties, Ta-Pai-Ze and 60-days Kan-Tze, were 49.5% and 45.5% respectively. In case of winter cropping, the incidence of TuMV for pinnate leaf type was 2.5%-21.8%, while the control varieties, Ta-May-Hua, Kan-Tze and Ta-Pai-Tze were at the range of 59.4%-100%. In addition, the vield and root performance of pinnate leaf type were also better than control varieties.
