本省荔枝延長產期之檢討

Abstract

荔枝於秋冬需低溫、乾燥之環境以抑制營養生長，誘導花芽分化。本省栽培荔枝，可在10月中旬以去除新梢、環狀剝皮及藥劑噴灑等方法克服隔年結果問題，又經由地區、品種之配置、環狀剝皮、修剪花穗等方式可能提早或延長本省荔枝產期。 Floral initiation of litchi (Litchi chinensis, Sonn.) is promoted by low temperature and moisture stress in the winter season. There are several methodes, including flush thinning, girdling and chemical sprays that are practiced inf mid-October to overcome the biennial bearing of litchi. Location, varietal maturity, girdling and panicle thinning are important to extend the fruiting season of litchi.
