Abstract: | Improvement of tomato and pepper for antioxidant activity (AOA) could potentially benefit human health in many countries. We evaluated diverse entires of tomato (n=53) and pepper (n=46) for AOA and antioxidants (AO) for two years. Ample genetic variation was detected within both tomato and pepper to improve individual AO and AOA. |
