臺灣洋菇病害問題

Abstract

本省地處亞熱帶地區，其高溫多濕的氣候是洋菇病害滋生的良好場所。本省主要發生之洋菇病害包括褐豆病(Mycogone perniciosa)、褐班病(Verticillium fungicola)及褐菇病(Pseudomonas tolaasii)，另外雜菌中之腦菌也有逐年增加的趨勢。這些病害或雜菌以不同方式來降低洋菇品質或造成減產。 Owing to the tropical and subtropical climates in Taiwan, mushroom grows well only in the low temperature seasons. The high temperature and humidity, is favorable to the survival and epidemic of the diseases, and consequently, sucessful of diseases is necessary to ensure higher yield and better quality of nushroom.
