Abstract
株齡與嫩莖葉綠素形成有關，隨著株齡之增加嫩莖葉綠素含量亦增多，株齡較高所生産之嫩莖較綠。在不同留莖嫩下氮素用量多，則嫩莖綠素合量較多，但氮素多量區與氮素少量之比較，在留莖4枝者嫩莖葉綠素含量差異是顯著，不留莖和留莖之枝之間則呈極顯著。
The plant age is one of the factors concerned with chlorophyll formation in green asparagus. The experiment indicates that as the plant gets older, the chlorophyll content of the spears is higher.
In is evident that heavy nitrogen application (100kg/100 m^2 per year) could accelerate the chlorophyll formation of green spears during dry seasons.
