Abstract: 
本試驗採用醱酵過的木屑加配化學藥品,澱粉、麩皮混合壓制成顆粒菌種,培養洋菇菌種發育快、菌種不易老化,播種時可採用散播法,操作方便又不易招病,蟲害及鼠害,並兼有麥粒菌種及堆肥菌種之優點。
In this experiment, composted sawdust with suitable amounts of chemicals. starch, wheat bran were mixed and pressed into granular form. Mushroom mycelia develop fastly in this granular spawn.
