Abstract: 
為應用微生物完成洋菇堆肥短期醱酵,以達到降低成本,節省勞力及增產之目的,筆者等根據國內外多年對洋菇堆肥微生物之資料,成功的在本省洋菇堆肥中純粹分離出放射菌Micromonospora sp. 及堆肥轉化菌 (Torula thermophile) 等兩種菌類,經試驗測定結果認為此放射菌確有強力抑制Penicillium sp. Chaetomium sp. Trichoderma sp. 及 fusarium sp. 等堆肥中雜菌之能力。
In order to get more yield and decrease the cost of production, the writer successfully get the pure cultures of Micromonospora sp. and Torula thermophile from the mushroom compost. Based on the experiment, it was shown that these organisms can strongly inhibited the organisms of Penicilium sp., Chaetomium sp., Trichoderma sp., Fusarium sp. which is the parasite of mushroom.
