抗生素對洋菇細菌性褐菇病之防治效果

Abstract

為探求使用抗生素防治洋菇之細菌性褐菇病而舉行本試驗。已得的結果摘要如下： 1.以Loo氏瀘紙抗圈法試驗之結果，在較乾燥環境下於250ppm濃度下開始形成抑制圈者則為Combion-S, Chloramphenicol, 及 Oxytetracyclin三種。但在較潮濕情況下62.5ppm之低濃度仍可形成抑制圈。 For determining the control possibility on bacterial blotch disease of cultivated mushroom, the experiment was made. The result are summarized as follows: 1.In Loo's paper-disc plate method, using Combion-S, Chloramphenicol and Oxytetracyclin at the conc. of 200 ppm began to form the inhibiting zone under dry condition, but using Oxytetracyclin at the conc. of 62.5 ppm could still form the inhibiting zone under wet condition.
