土壤拌藥對洋菇病原菌之影響

Abstract

本實驗以低毒性之藥劑 Demosan 來處理四種洋菇的主要病原菌。當濃度於1000ppm以上，對整四種病原菌同時具有抑制生長的能力。其中以對 Chaetomium sp. 的抑制效果為最佳，而對 Fusarium sp. 的抑制效果為最差。 "Demosan" was tested to determine its value in controlling the cultivated mushroom disease caused by fungi under soil treated media. "Demonsan" at the concentration of above 1000 ppm was very effective to control Trichoderma sp., Myriococcum sp., and Fusarium sp. Above all, it was most effective to control Chaetomium sp. but is was least effective to control Fusarium sp.
