洋菇枯萎子實體再生現象之探討

Abstract

在洋菇栽培期中，往往可以發現大量之子實體枯萎或死亡的現象，影響洋菇產量至鉅。今為了解此枯萎之小子實體是否有再生的能力，乃將洋菇小子實體分為：形成期，分化期及成型期三段，並著手調查本省中南北部菇舍中洋菇小子實體枯萎後再生之情形，結果發現部分菇舍中枯萎子實體，有大量再生現象之發生，... In mushroom culture. we can found so many wilt or dead small fruiting bodies which would affect the yield of mushroon. We classify the fruit fruiting bodies into three stages: 1). primordi stage, 2). differentiation stage and 3). maturation stage. In order to find out whether the wilt fruiting bodies could revive, we investigate the revivificatin ability of wilt fruiting bodies on the bed.
