Abstract: 
(一)在台灣推廣的洋菇45~7和54~3菌株採取的菌絲尖端在限制培養基(MM)及完全培養基(CYM)生長的比值,MM/CYM比值不等於1.,(在MM生長的為異核體部分或加上非營養要求同核體部分,在CYM生長的為異核體加上同核體部分)發現有營養要求的細胞核存在。但並不如A3菌株的多,此可用菌絲段MM/CYM比值加以證明。故用54~7和54~3分離離營養要求株的機會較小。
(二)由此發現及以菌絲段之紫外線照射及NTG處理的致死曲線,可加以證明洋菇菌絲體為半倍體異核體。
1. The mycelia of commercial cultivated mushroom, strains 54-7 and 54-3 distributed in Taiwan was found to be heterokaryon having a small fraction of auxotrophic nuclei.
2. The pattern of U. V-Killing curves of the mushroom mycelium is consistent with haploid.
