Abstract: | 本試驗主要在利用單孢分離法以以選出優良品系供作今後洋菇品種改良之用。由親本543選出之P1 442及287兩個菌系，而後再選出20個P2之調查結果，顯示每個菌系均能出菇，其中以P2 20，28，75及70四個菌系產量較高，擬作選拔世代繁殖，期能由其中育出優良之品種。唯F2 23, 25，及F2 77, 79四個菌系之產量則較低，均與淘汰。 The purpose of this experiment is to select prevalent strains by single spore isolation in order to applied as materials for imporving the mushroom variety in the future. Strain 442 and strain S-287 selected from strain 543 by single spore isolation showed higher yielding than the original strain. |
