Abstract: | 本研究為究明洋菇堆肥堆積醱酵過程中及栽培各時期之稻藁分解及各種成分之消長情形，以供檢討後醱酵及洋菇之生育生長與生殖生長之特質等作為更理想洋菇堆肥調製之參考，茲就假堆積以至清床按其主要供作程序分10個時期之化學成分消長試驗結果摘要如下。 To understand the characteristics of vegetative and reproductive phases in mushroom growth as well as those of ideal compost for mushroom production, the changes in constituents of rice straw during composting and cropping were studied. |
