Abstract: 
本試驗供試材料為洋菇栽培所用長短堆肥,在室外樣品取自堆積側位及中心位,在室內盆裝者則隨機取樣。長短期堆肥在醱酵期間,含水量相差極小,酸鹼度在長期堆肥微酸性,在短期堆肥則為微鹼性,適合洋菇菌絲之發育。堆肥中心位置溫度之變化,可區別長短期堆肥,長期堆肥之中心位頂峯溫度比短期者低50℃,而醱酵平均溫亦低10℃。害外醱酵所需時間長期堆肥25日,短期堆肥則17日。至於側位溫度,兩者相若,其頂峯溫度大致為65℃,而醱酵平均溫度為50℃左右,惟短期堆肥側溫變化幅度大,深受氣溫起伏之影響。
