利用國產之泡棉配合液體化學營養栽培洋菇,經初步試驗結果,乙10X5X2 cm大小之泡棉浸於磷酸二氫鉀(KH2PO4)、硫酸鎂(MgSO4)、硫酸鋅(ZnSO4)、硫酸錳(MnSO4)、氯化鐵(FeCl)、硫酸銅(CuSO4)、葡萄糖(C6H12O6)等化學營養配合之各種不同濃度溶液中,使其充分吸收後,至於廣口瓶中,經高溫殺菌30分鐘,然後接種洋菇54~3號菌種,觀察菌絲發育情形,並以菌絲發育良好者加以覆土,於覆土十五日後在缺少氮(N)及鈣(Ca)化合物之營養液中栽培之洋菇菌絲可以正常發育,...
Pieces of foaw rubber, 10X5X2cm in size, was soaked into and has fully absorbed various chemical nutritional solution of such as KH2PO, MgSO4, ZnSO4, MnSO4, FeCl, CuSO4 and Glucose etc. To observe the culture condition and to find out the nutrient factors of mycerial growth and fruiting, the cultivation test was conducted on one mushroom strain, No. 54~3.
