墨西哥、美國及荷蘭最近蘆筍研究之概況

Abstract

本文爲報導墨西哥、美國及荷蘭等各國之最近蘆筍研究概況，其中引述蘆筍爲一地區適應性很敏感之作物；臺灣綠蘆筍宜採用U.C.711品種之原因；歐美各國皆走向全雄性品系育成研究之趨勢及荷蘭亦採用類似Pollack氏等之蘆筍採種方法等要點。文中所提供之資料及若干方法不無可供從事臺灣蘆筍生産事業及研究工作者之參考。 A survey of recent research on asparagus in Mexico, the United States and the Netherlands has been presented. It is hoped that some useful information and method practiced in those countries may be wisely adapted for our asparagus industry here in Taiwan.
