Abstract: 
推廣栽培之雪白變種洋菇菌株#547的第三代單孢菌株#4103,栽培後出現白色與褐色兩孢型子實體,後者之一個四孢擔子柄單孢分離菌株,其中具有孢擔子柄者約佔34%;褐色二孢型;白色四孢型,其中具有四孢子柄約佔91%;褐色三孢型而菌柄稍膨大;其褐色三孢型而菌柄上下同寬者。這些子實體可由於遺傳基因突變所致。
Both white and brown 2-spored sporophores occurred on the cultivation pots spawned With 3 monospored progeny (#A4103) of a commercial strain (#547) of Agaricus bisporus. One monospored isolate from the 4-spared basidiutn of the brown sporophore was obtained. When it was cultivated, flee types of sporophore occurred on cultivation pots. They were white 2-spored sporophores with ca. 43% of 3-spored basidia, brown 2-spored sporophores, white 4-spared sporophores with ca. 91% of 4-spored basidia, brown 3-spored sporophores with a swollen stipe, and brown 3-spored sporophores with an equal stipe. Such a phenomenon may result from the mutation of the color gene and the gene or genes that control the basidial type and color.
