Abstract: 
綠蘆筍罐頭與冷凍加工,目前在本省系為新產品,開於加工技術方面,除冷凍已於前段報告外,本試驗系取自本省新港、六腳二地區所產 U. C. 309 原料,自1970年8月至同年10月間就可能影響到製罐品質之諸因素,進行研究。
It is the main purpose of this study to see whether any modifican or special care is necessary in green aspargus cannning, when tropically grown asparagus stalks are used as the raw material.
