本研究系就本省栽培之白蘆筍進行貯藏試驗,以探討在不同條件下白蘆筍品質之變化,進而以決定加工用白蘆筍原料在可行的貯藏條件下可以貯藏之時間。
The purpose of this study was to specify a proper condition for post-harvest handling and temporary storage of white asparagus stalks before processing.
