Abstract: 
大豆(Glycine max L.) 是原產於中國之大陸豆科豆屬植物,在我國的栽種歷史非常悠久,早在距今3000年以前的殷商時期即有文字紀載,乃中國傳統的五穀之一。鑑於大豆在國人日常飲食上的佔有的顯著地位,及其作為糧食作物的重要性,確有必要瞭解臺灣地區的大豆生產與氣象環境間的關係,以便未來在品種資源維護與延續上落實應用。
The cultivation history history of soybean in China can be traced back to more than 3, 000 years ago in ancient shang Dynasty. It became one of the traditional Five-grains in daily meals of Chinese people. In Taiwan, soybean once occupied an annual acreage of 60,000 hectares as a major dryland crop.
