In order to prolong in the allotted time of germplasm conservation, the explant cultured on a medium including Murashige and Skoog (MS) inorganic salts supplmented with 0.4 mg/L thiamine-HCI, 100 mg/L myo-inositol, 1mg/L IAA, 3% glucose and 0.8 Difco agar, showed the growth of explant were inhibited and maintained without subculturing for a period over six months. |
